    Stories from many different sources have enriched our lives since before the beginning of time. Stories teach us moral lessons in a playful way and they are part of our spiritual heritage.

    Our bodies are a reflection of our spirits. We look at our bodies and think that is what we are. because we do not understand that our bodies are merely a vehicle for us to use in this existence. We are not our bodies, but we need to look after our bodies as long as we are in this existence.

    We create our expectations and disappointments because we are aware of the balance in the Universe. Our subconscious turns into thoughts and then into actions. We attach emotional values to our actions. We can change these emotions if we are aware of the creative process.
