Use A Release Program with EFT

Do you practice working with the Law of Attraction? Are you confused on how it works? That's ok, if you've watched the movie The Secret, it seems like it's easy to "just manifest" something out of the blue with a snap of your fingers.

That is true for some things, but part of the problem in manifestation is that we lack focus; we have hidden sub-conscious or unconscious self-sabotage messages going on or we're overwhelmed with the idea of trying to think positively all the time.

One thing that I've learned on my journey being here on earth is that this place is comprised of both positive and negatives. Think of the yin and yang symbol, each side is the exact opposite of each other. One side, yin is negative (female) and the other side, yang, is positive. To remove either half from the circle - you would not have a circle!

This is true for everything here on earth. It is the polarity of opposites that creates everything that exists. Negative is not necessarily bad, but we have come to associate bad with it. It is in the negative space that life is formed, such as in the confines of a woman's womb. It is in the darkness that seeds crack open and unfold reaching for the light.

Think of the "negative" as giving you contrast to your positive to help you define what it is you want. Work to eliminate your fears, because these are the things that will come back and bite you from behind. If you would like to utilize a very good method for releasing fears, you can do so by using EFT, emotional freedom technique. It's feels silly to do, looks silly (so I recommend you do it somewhere privately) but it absolutely 100% works! You can download all sorts of free material on it as well.

This simple little system utilizes the Chinese meridian lines in your body, a negative release and a positive affirmation along with tapping on these key points to drive home to your central nervous system a new thought process.

It helps to remove self-sabotaging type of thinking - which we all have - and replace it with self-sustaining type of thinking. It doesn't cost a thing to download the manual and learn how to do it. You can subscribe to their newsletter and in the newsletter will come phrases you can use to help eliminate the "negative thinking." Click here to get to their website.

So when you are feeling down and frustrated - the trick to do is start thinking of something that makes you feel good. Pay attention to your emotions, how you're feeling - that will give you your first clue on how you're doing with attracting the kinds of things you want in life. If you're feeling good, peaceful or even feeling nothing, just kind of neutral - you're fine! If you're feeling angry, resentful, frustrated - that's what you will be attracting more of! And you're not in alignment with your desires.

So lift your negative feelings by turning on your favorite song, going outside into nature - touch a tree - close your eyes and breathe in deeply. Get in touch with your own physicality. Listen to the birds - you'll here them. Change your focus - tell a joke or listen to one. Find something that makes you happy (that does not harm yourself or others) and do it! This will elevate you back to your "happy place" and will continue drawing to you those things
you desire and want.

But remember - as long as you are "wanting" something - you're keeping it in the future. The easiest form of manifestation is to feel deep down inside that you already have it. Make it an "I am" thing. Like I am so grateful now that I have ______________ in my life. It doesn't matter if you believe it or not in the beginning, just try to "feel" it.

If you're doing your releasing of your self-sabotaging thoughts and ways, you will come to believe it. And wonderful things will begin to happen. I know that you are worth every desire of your heart. I know that you are beautiful. You are a divine child of the universe and there is no one like you!

You are golden!
