Again, this is certainly not a great bargain considering that a decent treadmill carries a warranty of 10 years or more. If it doesn’t have this type of warranty, this shows a clear lack of faith of the manufacturer in the quality of their machine.

Therefore, make sure you confine your search to treadmills with long warranties, as these are the most likely to last you a long time.

A heart rate monitor and a safety key to stop the treadmill if you trip over are a must have but sadly missing in many of your discount treadmills. Front and side hand grips are essential support for you.

Just make sure that you have that in your chosen model. Push button controls and easy fold (especially if space is a constraint and you are a frequent mover) are other basic features that you can look for. If your treadmill has these, that is certainly a good starting point.

Perhaps if you still want to find discount treadmills, then visit the online stores of a few decent models, which you have already chosen. You can get great bargains and deals.

The idea is that it is better not to compromise on the quality of your fitness equipment. Treat it as an investment rather than a cost centre. Perhaps that way, you can justify it better. Therefore, while a quality discount treadmill can be found, be absolutely sure it is reliable before purchasing.
