You should also opt to eat good fats instead of bad fats that are getting from fried foods, oily and spicy foods and junk foods. These unhealthy foods have a lot of fat content and no other nutrition. Junk foods and processed foods supply free radicals to your system and these free radicals are highly harmful to your system. To counter the effects of free radicals, you must eat unique fruits and vegetables that are obtained from plants that contain flavanoid. So, instead of complicating your health by eating such junk foods and processed foods, you should shift to a diet regimen that consists of healthy foods like fiber foods.
Fiber foods that comprise wholesome grains, beans and fresh fruits and vegetables bestow immense health benefits. These are called fat-burning diets. They improve your metabolism and with them, you will be able to burn more calories. These foods fill your stomach fast, and so you will eat less of your regular food if you eat large quantities of these fiber foods prior to your regular food.
Your dinner must be eaten two hours prior to your retiring for bed. If you eat your dinner and go to sleep immediately, your dinner will not be digested easily because your physical activity during nights is practically nil. Apart from that, going to sleep immediately after eating will disturb your night's sleep. If you do not have a good night's sleep, your metabolism gets a beating. Your metabolism remains strong if you have a good night's sleep and your body hormones will also get re-adjusted during your night sleep. Further, lack of sleep may give you an urge to be over-eat during the next day and this will increase your weight.
