We are all getting older. And, for once, that may be a good thing when it comes to saving money on the ski slopes. Every year, a larger portion of the citizenry is approaching or achieving the age of retirement. And, if you happen to fall into this demographic, a number of resorts will be happy to give you a senior citizens discount price on lift tickets, rooms, and other amenities. If such a card is too expensive, you can still save money on the slopes by purchasing season lift ticket passes.
Lastly, you can get some truly great deals if you are willing to wait towards the end of the ski season to hit the slopes. This is the time when you will often get some really great discounts on rooms and lift passes. As the season winds down, most resort managers will basically take any business that comes their way at a greatly reduced price.
