Just like a handyman needs his trusty tools of the trade MLM is no different, in order to be successful in this industry you need your trusty MLM tools of the trade to run your business effortlessly.
Now as time goes on and technology engulfs this industry I'm sure the debate still rages on about what the supreme tactic is for building an MLM business and what sort of MLM tools you need to be triumphant.
As I got into this industry technology was starting to take over I personally believe that in order to be successful in network marketing or MLM you need to have some sort of online marketing in place to create massive leverage and reach a wider audience around the planet.
I'm sure that there are some people out there that hate technology and would never attempt to build their network marketing business over the internet for reasons such as it's not personal enough etc but at the end of the day people have phone numbers don't they, you don't need to be on their lap to introduce them to your business opportunity.

1 - Business Presentation
I'm sticking with the theme of this post and saying that you really want an online presentation where your prospects can just jump on a computer and watch in their own time compared to trying to drag them to a local presentation.
I know some people would be bashing me in their mind right now by saying this because they just might haven't excepted the power of technology OR the company there with just doesn't have an online presentation and if they don't, it's up to you to get together with some leaders in your company and create one.
2 - Auto-Responder
Some people say the fortunes in the follow, back in the day the only follow up would be in the form of landing on your prospects door step, sending direct mail or making phone calls now I'm sure that might sound good to the person who's bashing me in their mind right now but to me, that's not very leveraged.
You want a way to follow up with people in a more automated process and an auto-responder allows you to do that very easily, however when you get phone numbers of prospects you get on the phone.

3 - Capture Page
Again I'm sticking with the theme here and that's utilizing the power of the internet to find interested prospects for your business opportunity.
You do that by using a lead capture page which is an one page website that is entirely intended to capture people's details.
4 - Marketing Strategy
Now that you have your auto-responder in place and you have a lead capture page you're ready to start driving traffic to your capture page and generating leads but in order to do this you need to learn how to drive traffic which all stems from marketing online.
I believe this is one of the greatest hurdles for people trying to use the internet to produce leads and build their business because they either quit before they start seeing results for whatever reason (Maybe Info Overload) or their just too afraid of technology to even attempt it.
If you want to produce leads online you're going to have to get over any of these fears you might have and not let information overload slow you down.
5 - Duplication System
This is the holy grail when it comes to MLM because at the end of the day in order to be success in network marketing or MLM you need to create immense duplication and build huge teams to see some hefty income.
Again I'm sticking with the theme of technology and leverage in your business and a system is one of the best MLM tools of the trade because you can leverage a system to teach your entire team so you don't need to be babysitting everyone in your down line.
You might be thinking holy smokes how am I going to produce a system that'll create duplication and train my team, you might even be reading this thinking "Well I haven't even had success in my business I don't even know how to market and create leads myself how the heck am I going to generate a system that'll teach me team and create duplication?"
